To choose a venue for a wedding, it is very important, first of all, to decide for yourself how you see your wedding, or rather, what goals you want to achieve. For example, I want a modern wedding, where guests will have a "tasty" time, rest and relax. Or I want a wedding with an original concept and idea and impressive decor. Or I want a chamber wedding in the circle of my closest and dearest people.
At the same time, immediately prepare for the fact that there are no 100% perfect restaurants for a wedding. Most likely, with some kind of minus or minus you have to put up with it. The most common minus encountered is location. Many people want their restaurant for a wedding to be closer, for example, to the area of residence, or to the place of walking.
Suppose, for you, the issue of territoriality is not fundamental. Then, by what criteria is it worth choosing a restaurant for a wedding? Personally, as a wedding photographer, I pay attention to the following characteristics, depending on the wishes of the couple:

Restaurant Location

The location of the restaurant or club where the wedding is planned to take place depends, first of all, on the guests' ability to arrive for the celebration. The best option would be a restaurant in the city center, since there is the opportunity to call a taxi, in addition, there are plenty of other vehicles.
Most often, newlyweds prefer restaurants located as close to natural areas as possible: parks, ponds. The reasons for this choice are understandable and are only a matter of taste. At the same time, however, again, do not forget about the guests' opportunities to come to this establishment.

Number of guests

The next thing to note is the number of guests invited. To avoid crowding and other inconveniences, the area of the room should correspond to the number of visitors. There are probably a lot of nuances. Indeed, as practice shows, usually some guests do not come, or, on the contrary, unexpected guests appear. Not everyone can give an answer to the invitation in advance.
With this in mind, you need to agree in advance with the restaurant administrator about the possibility to change the number of ordered seats immediately before the celebration itself, as well as pre-order places and dishes for all invited guests.

Banquet Hall Decoration

For a wedding, the decoration and decoration of the hall is quite significant. All the little things here should be thought out very carefully to blend perfectly with the interior of the hall itself, as well as with the style of the wedding. The scenery should be done in the tone of the wedding. If old and red colors prevail in the interior design, then the hall is decorated in the same colors.

Dance floor

If young people prevail among the guests, then a dance floor is required. You need to pay attention so that the dancing people do not interfere with those sitting at the table, and even better if the dance floor is in the next room.
